The Battle of Passage Pass was an ambush laid by forces loyal to the Asgardian demigod Thrym to prevent the Order of the Stick from reaching Firmament aboard the airship Mechane. In addition to the danger of the frost giant threat, a mutiny led by the ship's head engineer Andi led to the Mechane sustaining heavy damage due to reckless maneuvers taken in an attempt to evade the giants.
