The itinerant refugees of Azure City wander the ocean with their fleet searching for allies and a place to resettle, hoping to one day recapture their homeland from Team Evil. While at sea they are subject to the machinations of Daimyo Kubota who hopes to take the throne of the Azurites. Also, Vaarsuvius sinks deeper and deeper into madness as V goes without rest attempting to locate Haley and Belkar.
