The Creed of the Stone Usher with Sandy Hair, known sometimes as "Sandy", was one of the Creed's vampirized dwarves serving under both the High Priest of Hel and Gontor Hammerfell. Before her vampirization she was one of the ushers of the Council of Clans.
She is eventually defeated and thrown into the sunlight by Minrah Shaleshoe.
