Crystal was a female rogue and member of the Thieves' Guild of Greysky City. She wore protective magic jewelry.

She is Haley Starshine's personal rival and, as a result, is always at least Haley's level when they meet. They first met at the age of 19 and traded fashion criticisms have blossomed into full hatred between the two of them.

Crystal re-blinded Old Blind Pete on his way to Anywhere after a Cleric of Loki regenerated his eyes.

She is of obviously low intelligence, evidenced by asking Old Blind Pete if he "saw" Haley and her believing Haley is vulnerable to being attacked with pickles due to Haley never including them in her sandwiches.

Crystal suffered the presence of Haley (and Belkar) in the Guild and even helped them capture Roy's bone golem in an unrecorded story. When Durkon and Elan traveled (using Wind Walk) to Greysky City to bring their companions back, Haley found Crystal in the shower and killed her, while still reminding Haley that she'll just be resurrected with the rest of the slain thieves, making her death more of a warning than a permanent removal from future strips.
