The Duchy of Terror was a state in the central Western Continent. It is the former name of one of the puppet states controlled by the Vector Legion.[1]. As such it is now part of the Empire of Blood, Empire of Sweat, Empire of Tears, or more than one of those nations. Or it may be the prior name of one of these states.
