Dwarves are a race of demi-humans. They have two livers and males usually have full beards, with even young dwarves having short beards and goatees. The are typically Lawful, known for their loyalty and honor, and will always do their duty, even if it makes them miserable (exceptions exist in Order of the Stick such as Hilgya Firehelm, and "Kaboom" Redaxe).
They worship the Northern Pantheon, for example Odin, Thor and Loki.
Dwarves are fearful of the trees and consider them evil: they gather in large groups, their roots encroach their territory and Thor hits them with lightning.
