Eric Greenhilt was the baby brother of Roy and the second son of Eugene and Sara Greenhilt.

Eric behind his mother

At the age of three (18 in-world years ago) his father conducted a magical experiment which somehow resulted in his death, and he couldn't be resurrected. Roy later speculated that Eric, as a toddler, was simply enjoying himself in the afterlife too much to respond. Two years later his sister Julia was born, though it's unknown if they've ever been in contact.

Sara and Eric reunited after her death and have stayed together since, visited regularly by Horace. He was happy to see Roy again and the two played blocks together for three weeks straight.

In life he played a toy piano brought to him by his honorary uncle Myrtok, leading Roy to wonder if he would have been a bard.
