Fidel[1] Secundus was a crewman on the airship Mechane and the husband of Lakaita Secundus. He lived aboard the Mechane with his family, where they raised their daughter, Bandana Secundus. His duties aboard the ship included standing watch as the helmsman, where Bandana recalled him being "ordered around" by Julio Scoundrél[2]
He wore a red bandana on his head, which might be the bandana that Bandana wears around her neck, or at least have inspired her signature style.
He is not a part of the current crew of the Mechane.
