Greg Initiative is an obscure organization that have some bases on the Orc Island. They had built several subterranean stations such as "The Smiley Face" through which Therkla helped Elan, Lien, Daigo and Durkon to escape the Orcs.

The Greg Initiative seems to be a parody of the DHARMA initiative from the Lost TV show. Its name could be a reference to another sitcom, "Dharma and Greg".
