The High Priest of Vafthrudnir is a human male cleric who is the formal head of the Church of Vafthrudnir.
The High Priest was present at the Northern Godsmoot to represent his god. After he cast Summon Proxy and was overtaken by the spirit of Vafthrudnir, Vafthrudnir spoke through him to vote to destroy the world because too many were now aware of the rifts.[1]
The High Priest counseled nonintervention in the fight between Roy and "Durkon", calling it an "internal matter."[2]
Though his god voted to destroy the world, he did not intervene in the fight between Roy and the Creed of the Stone vampires, when some of the other priests chose sides.
The High Priest contemplates the appearance of Hel
He remains sequestered in the Great Nave awaiting the conclusion of the Godsmoot when Dwalin casts his vote.
