Hobgoblin City is a city in the Southern Mountains[1] inhabited by Hobgoblins. 86 legions of hobgoblins live in the city, which lies south of the Tower of Xykon. It is a walled city on a river. After Redcloak became Supreme Leader of the hobgoblins in the mountains, he assumed command of the entire army.[2]
