- In Don't Split the Party, the land was originally named That Kingdom in content that had originally been intended for a scrapped Order of the Stick-themed D&D 3.5e sourcebook. This was changed with the release of Utterly Dwarfed, which included a complete map of the Northern Continent with the modified name.
