Niu is one of the original members of the now destroyed Azurite Resistance that followed Haley and worked with Thanh as part of the Unified Azurite Resistance.[1] She was an active part of the strike force and helped rescue prisoners and steal food from the Goblins.[2]
She was later seen alongside Thanh receiving a notice from Team Harrier in order to infiltrate Azure City.[3] She also took part in a a rescue effort that rescued a large number of prisoners while the Goblins celebrated the creation of Gobbotopia.[4]
She is a Fighter that has multiclassed to Rogue, and as such helped Thanh whenever he needed assistance in stealth or deception.[5]
At some point she acquired Belkar's sheet of lead and used it to hide from Goblin Cleric's 'Detect Good' castings.[6]
She is the only member of the resistance who survived Redcloak's attack and recovery of Xykon's phylactery.[7][8]
She was able to notify Hinjo of the fall of Thanh and the Resistance via a Sending scroll. Her current activities are unknown.
